Rejuven8 LLC ("Rejuven8," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the limited circumstances under which it is shared.

Rejuven8 provides two kinds of service, and they handle information differently:

• The Rejuven8 Business Hub is a monthly subscription. Rejuven8 configures, provides, and supports a centralized customer operations environment that runs on third-party platforms, and the subscribing business uses it to manage information about its own customers.
• Custom Services are systems we design, build, test, and deliver. Unless a client's agreement says otherwise, those systems run on accounts and platforms the client selects and controls, and we do not host or operate them after delivery.

This Privacy Policy covers personal information Rejuven8 handles for its own purposes and explains how we handle information inside the Business Hub on a subscriber's behalf. It does not replace the privacy policy of a business that uses the Business Hub or operates a system we built. That business's own policy governs the information it collects about its customers.

By using our website (rejuven8digital.com) or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service also apply.

We may collect the following types of information:

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, phone number, and business name
• Information submitted through contact forms, booking forms, or audit requests
• Communications you send to us by email, SMS, chat, or voice
• Billing and payment information, which is processed by third-party payment processors

Information from Business Hub subscribers

• Account and setup information, such as your company details, the names and email addresses of the users you add, and the operating preferences you give us in the setup form
• Subscription and billing records, such as your plan, billing dates, payment status, and usage charges; payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor
• Support requests and other communications about your subscription
• Records of account activity that the platform generates, such as sign-ins and feature usage, which we use to support and secure the Hub

Information a subscriber stores in the Business Hub about its own customers is handled differently, as described in Section 06.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral sources
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information provided during a project

If you engage us to build a system, you may share business records, process documentation, sample data, and limited access to accounts that you own and control so that we can configure, test, and deliver the work. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to complete the engagement you have asked us to perform. Section 05 describes how project information is handled in more detail.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services
• Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver requested audits
• Scope, design, build, test, and deliver the systems our clients engage us to create
• Set up, provide, support, secure, and bill for Business Hub subscriptions
• Send service related communications, including account, billing, and renewal notices, along with updates and, where permitted, marketing messages
• Process payments, including recurring subscription charges, and fulfill contractual obligations
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as described below.

Other service providers

We also use service providers to run our business and to provide the Business Hub, including payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, and messaging, telephony, and email delivery providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their services for us and handle it under their own privacy and security practices.

Other limited disclosures

We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or government request
• Enforce our terms of service or other agreements
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Rejuven8, our clients, or the public
• Facilitate a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy

Aside from the disclosures described above, we do not share your information with any other third parties.

Systems we build under Custom Services are delivered to the client. Unless the client's agreement says otherwise, they run on accounts, platforms, and infrastructure that the client selects, owns, and controls. We do not host those systems, and we do not maintain a copy of a client's ongoing customer records on our own infrastructure as part of running them. Where Custom Services are performed inside a client's Business Hub, Section 06 applies to the information in that Hub.

During an engagement, a client may grant us limited access to accounts they control so that we can configure the work, test it against realistic conditions, and hand it over. That access is used only for the engagement, is limited to what the work requires, and is subject to the confidentiality and data terms of our written agreement with the client.

Once a system has been delivered, the client operates it. The client is responsible for how the system is used and for the personal information it processes.

A business that subscribes to the Business Hub uses it to store and manage information about its own customers, leads, and contacts, such as names, contact details, conversation history, appointments, and notes ("Customer Data"). The subscriber collects that information, decides what goes into the Hub, and decides how it is used.

We handle it on the subscriber's behalf

Rejuven8 handles Customer Data on behalf of the subscriber and under its direction, as a service provider, for the purpose of providing the Hub. We access it only as reasonably needed to set up, support, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Hub, to process billing, to investigate suspected misuse, and to comply with the law.

• We do not sell Customer Data
• We do not use Customer Data to market to a subscriber's customers
• We do not use Customer Data for our own purposes beyond providing the Hub

Where it is stored

Customer Data is stored and processed on the third-party platforms that run the Hub. Those platforms maintain their own privacy and security practices, as described in Section 08.

How long it is kept

Customer Data is kept while the subscription is active. After a subscription ends, Rejuven8 has no obligation to keep it, and it may be deleted under our retention practices and those of the platforms that run the Hub, except where the law requires it to be kept. Subscribers can export their data while the subscription is active, as described in our Terms of Service.

Some of the systems we design use artificial intelligence services to draft messages, summarize a conversation, or classify an incoming request so it reaches the right place.

Where a system includes a step like that, the information required for that step is sent to the artificial intelligence provider chosen for the project and is processed under that provider's terms. We configure these steps to send only what the task requires, and we set them up so that a person can review sensitive output before it goes out where the client asks for that review.

The Business Hub may include artificial intelligence features provided by the platforms it runs on. Where a subscriber uses those features, the information involved is processed by those providers under their terms.

We do not use the personal information described in this policy, including Customer Data, to train our own artificial intelligence models. Providers used inside a delivered system are selected and configured by agreement with the client, and after delivery the client controls which providers the system uses and the account it uses to reach them.

Our website, the Business Hub, and the systems we build depend on platforms operated by other companies. These include software platforms, hosting providers, automation platforms, messaging and telephony providers, artificial intelligence providers, and payment processors.

Each of those platforms maintains its own privacy, security, and data practices, and your information is subject to those practices when it is handled there. Rejuven8 does not own or operate those platforms, including the platforms the Business Hub runs on and the platforms a client chooses for a delivered system, and we are not responsible for the security practices, availability, or policy changes of a platform we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any platform you use.

Our website may also contain links to other websites. Following a link takes you to a site governed by its own policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing any information.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality, analyze traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our content. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our possession against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to project information and to Business Hub Customer Data is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

Security in the Business Hub is shared. We limit and protect our own access, the platforms the Hub runs on maintain their own safeguards, and each subscriber is responsible for its users, their permissions, and their login credentials, as described in our Terms of Service. If we become aware of unauthorized access to Customer Data in a subscriber's Hub, we will notify that subscriber as our Terms of Service describe and as the law requires.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where information is held on a platform operated by another company, security also depends on the safeguards that platform maintains.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Information a client provides for a specific project is retained for the period set out in our written agreement with that client and for as long as applicable law requires, and is deleted or anonymized after that period ends.

Business Hub account and billing records are kept while the subscription is active and afterward for as long as needed for tax, accounting, legal, and dispute purposes. Customer Data in the Business Hub is handled as described in Section 06.

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to text messages
• Withdraw consent you previously gave

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address listed below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If your information was collected by a system operated by one of our clients, or by a business that uses the Business Hub, rather than by Rejuven8 directly, please direct your request to that business, since it controls the records in question.

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive messages from Rejuven8 LLC related to your inquiry, account, or services. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

Business Hub subscribers receive account, billing, and renewal notices by email. These notices are part of the service rather than marketing, so they continue while a subscription is active even if you opt out of marketing messages.

By providing your phone number through our website forms or booking pages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Rejuven8 LLC related to inquiries, appointments, and customer support communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
